September 2021: What Oils/Fluids are you using on your F80/F82 (6MT)

I hope people don't give me sh*t for this... but it's September 2021 and things change all the time. Just wanted to see what oils/fluids you're currently using on your F80/F82 and how often you change everything and the benefits you saw if you switched?

**I see people change more often than what the manual says because of the FCP Euro lifetime warranty, but sometimes I think "Is changing it way sooner than actually needed or excessive". I know changing it often keeps everything from wearing faster**

I've had my car for less than two years and have used all OEM until finally switching to Liqui Moly SAE 5W-40 Leichtlauf High Tech. There's so many different threads about the different oils/fluids I just wanted it all in one.

Do you have a 6MT or DCT?:

What do you use for your car and why do you choose to use it?
(i.e. BMW/Liqui Moly/Red Line/Motul/Castrol)
Engine Oil:
Transmission Fluid:
Rear Differential Fluid:
Brake Fluid:

Do you use your car for just daily driving or do you track it?
If you track it, how often?

Thanks All

I use everything OEM except for oil and brake fluid for now.

Oil - any LL-01 oil with the highest HTHS. Pennzoil Euro and Motul Xcess Gen 2 have HTHS of 3.8 which is very good. If you need more protection, 300V 5w-40 with HTHS of 4.1.

Brake fluid - Castrol SRF.

DCT - Motul High Torque (not yet available in the US but recommended if running high power levels). You can only order it from French retailers and have it shipped via DHL until the bottle comes state side.

Diff - OEM Castrol or Motul Gear.
