X-PH not responding after order placed?
Anyone know how x-ph is to work with? I placed an order last Monday for a VSC-2 and they have gone dark. No responses to two polite queries so far.

As stated above, Mikes very active here so that's a bit of a surprise to hear. I actually just ordered from X-PH and my order shipped a day later. Hope he can chime in here.

Mike rocks! Bought tons o stuff. Never a prob. Give him a day to answer PMs. I hit him up yesterday and he replied today.
If u need something quick it can take him time to make calls and check others inventory (if he's out). Really good guy.

Mike is usually really responsive. I haven't bought through him but almost a few times. He's usually same or next day response time. I'm sure he'll chime in here real soon.
