2016 M3 leasing question

Hello all, wanted to know what kind of discount you all are getting on MY16's.

I am considering, 16, MW, COMP, LED, EX SO, and Manual,

or AW, SO, and Manual.

Before I start making calls just wanted to check in with you all.

You should be able to get $3k off but in some areas many dealers aren't budging off MSRP on M3's. Finding the car that fits your exact description is likely going to be the hardest part. It's tough to find cars with EXEC package and the other bits you are looking for unless you order one. Best of luck in your quest! I too am looking for a pretty specific M4 but think I am going to have to order a 17 and take delivery toward the end of the year which sucks during the winter.

Responses will vary wildly based on locale. If you are looking to buy/lease locally, you should specify that or try your regional page.

Here in my area, dealers don't ever have M3s in stock so what you're attempting to do isn't even possible. Everyone has an M4 or two, but never any M3s. If they did, I guarantee they wouldn't be discounting them.

NY here -- my lease contract has MSRP 78,645, Sale price 74,285.

Mineral Gray/Sahkir Orange, ZCP, EXEC, DCT, Driver's Asst+.

The dealer I worked with has a YMB / Silverstone M3, 19", CCBs with $2k off on their website last I checked but today, the discount isn't there. So until MY2017s start hitting the dealers you might have a hard time with deals.

They also have a nice "stripper" Black/Black, 19", M Adaptive Suspension, 6MT.

Yeap. No one is budging whatsoever on M3s. Probably will wait till MY17.

The last dealer I went to had at $10k Mark-up on the window sticker. Straight mark-up.
