ISO pics of M Performance Rear Spoiler on F80 M3 painted body color

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Please post any pics of F80 M3s with the M Performance Spoiler painted in body color. The ones I see are either carbon fiber or only partially painted.

Thanks!

Thank you very much! Do you have any wider shots of the rear and side, so I can see more of the car along with the spoiler?

As requested!! You can't go wrong with color matched since it flows much better with the car

Thank you so much! It looks awesome! I would never have the unpainted spoiler (I think it looks out of place) and was just seeing how the painted version looked as part of the car. I won't be needing to cancel the painted spoiler order since it looks amazing. Thanks for posting this for me!

I'll have a high kick M performance spoiler paint matched and installed on my Yas Marina Blue soon enough! Just waiting to pick car up this Wednesday. I'll have pics as soon as I install it. I'm with you guys I don't mind CF, but it looks unfinished to me at times. So I always go the painted route.

Can't wait to see the pics! For me, painted all the way. I'm not a fan of unpainted carbon fiber, and even tried to get them to paint the roof. They said no, but it is fine because the roof still looks good to me unpainted. What bothers me is unpainted carbon fiber elsewhere, so I went with the titanium tips on the MPE and painted M Performance Spoiler. I look forward to seeing yours!

Its not a great picture side by side, but you can see my buddies F80 M3 in Mineral Grey with the Status Gruppe CF spoiler high-kick! Both look great, just two different styles

Thanks for posting the pic! What is the difference between a high kick M Performance Spoiler and the regular M Performance Spoiler from BMW? I assume they are different since yours appears to be taller?

This one has a slightly more aggressive kick similar to the Status Gruppe high kick spoiler. Different strokes for different folks, but I can't stand miss matched carbon fiber ( 1x1 vs 2x2) and I can't stand the imperfections and unfinished look of carbon.

Is this from BMW or some other manufacturer? On Shopbmwusa I only see one, which I assume is the spoiler pictured earlier in this thread (the light colored M3 with body color painted spoiler, user e90-4aj). I also highly dislike carbon fiber spoilers or those painted black on a different color car. I'm having my BMW Performance Spoiler painted body color as well.

Thanks for posting pics! I'm glad you went body color for the spoiler, and I appreciate the info.

@e90-4aj I realize you've probably gotten rid of your car by now but curious to know if you had any further pics of the painted M Performance spoiler. Thanks!

Hey man hope this helps, I did the high kick M performance style painted. I think it looks cleaner than CF. Sometimes I love CF, sometimes I feel like it just looks tacked on. So I just kept the bottom of my car all CF.

JDE92M3 looks great!

I'm probably in the minority who thinks the black/CF doesn't look great on Alpine White.... mainly because my car has a sunroof, which I prefer....

I am looking for more pics of the painted non-high kick standard M Performance spoiler but this is helpful!
