It's the additional Map packs. You'll see it on their site for an additional $100

When you transfer the license the new user gets to pick one map only. The ots bundle does not transfer.

If I transfer 1 ots map from m4 to m3, I will have 1 ots map and other bmw stock map? Eg fts, Cs map.....

Maps do not transfer from one VIN to another. If you are allowed to transfer your BM3 license to a new VIN then you'll get 1 map credit to download a pay-for OTS map. You'll create your Stock tune the first time you flash. The free GTS and CS maps will still be available to download. If you want all the pay-for maps then you need to buy the BM3 Map Pack again.

What he said...the map packs do not transfer even if you paid for them. Just the license and 1 map + freebies
