Pic request: Lightweight lip with CF splitters

Anyone running this combo? Would love to see some pictures. Not sure of the contrast between the look of the non-CF lip and CF splitters.

Lightweight does not work with splitters. Would need to trim contact point of splitters to remain flush.

Someone I know did it.
This is a photo before he tightened everything
No trimming needed. You just sandwich the splitters between.

Looks good

While we are on the subject...are there any other aftermarket lips besides m performance that will fit with the splitters?

Any closeup pics? All I see is shadows where the contact points are.

These are the only other pics I have on my phone prior to changing up the setup. Both the lip and splitters are authentic parts as well

Because everyone has the M performance lip. That and the lightweight is almost bulletproof; it is literally a machined solid piece of Polyurethane.

That's the V1 of the lightweight.

So both the V1 and V2 versions fit fine without trimming.

How so? Every single lip on the market is secured with screws, bolts or rivets.

I ripped my lightweight lip right off the front of my car catching the lip of a damaged curb. Did more damage to my bumper than it did the lip

Only the mp and rkp lip has the support piece to stop the bumper bowing at speed (as air pushes down on lip)

Your point being? No one was talking about an additional support piece.

The design and aerodynamics of a lip do a hell of a lot more than a flimsy brace.

I wasn't aware lightweight did aerodynamic wind tunnel testing on this part

All good

If Lightweight Lip is anything close to MP w/o the splitters, it would bend eventually if it is only installed by screws, which from what I can remember it is. There are pictures floating about with M Perf Lip bending if you're going fast enough with enough G force on track.

The only ones I know this far that won't do this and is aerodynamic are the OEM Clubsport Lip and GTS Lip because they are bolted directly to your front steel frame.

There was a pic someone posted on track with a rep lip pulling the bumper down, but not oe mp- that is what the support bracket is for that slides under bumper skin
