I did some quick stats ... as follows: - There are a total of 1515 M3/4 in US now - 937 of them are M3s - 578 are M4s Of those - 122 are 2018 - 446 are 2019 |

i really want to get back into an M3. i traded my 17 m3 for an 18 audi s5 a few months back and itching to get back into a 6 spd manual. there are plenty of M3s with manuals (5+) within a few hundred miles of me but it seems like all the leases are now $1k+?? seems awfully high; my $71K optioned M3 was only $830..

Your quote was probably on a 5 year term? So if you want to move on after 3 years you still owe 2 years of principle plus the ~$27k balloon. You'll almost be guaranteed to be under on the value at that point. |

Where are folks in the SF Bay area shopping at? Don't see good deals in the area despite the holiday season and an impending new model 3-series.
