Removing KW EDC Cancelation kit

How's it going everyone!

My first post here since my recent purchase of a 15' Mineral white with carbon interior F80 M3!

Very excited to be apart of the community!

When I purchased the car I had some previous info about it from the previous owner. The issue I am having is that the car previously had KW V3 coilovers installed and returned to the oem EDC suspension. However, the shop left the KW cancellation kit connected and obviously it does not change settings when i press the EDC button.

I managed to find the cable from the top of the shock tucked away under some plastics, but since the KW module is connected I cannot disconnect and connect the oem cable, do I need to purchase the new connectors and re-pin them to work?

I am going nuts here because I cannot find a solution online.

Any help is appreciated!!

Yes that was me!

Not quite, that part is intact and connected, the KW lot comes with its own connector that replaces the oem unit, similar to the one pictured below

The current plug that comes from the KW unit will not plug into the blue end of the oem unit

Yeap that's them!

Fortunately I've been speaking to the previous owner and he let me know he has the original plugs! I'm going to try and have them installed and will report back

Thanks all for your insight

They are part of the KW EDC delete kit. You can try contacting KW but their service and access to parts has been significantly hindered by the pandemic.
