No adaptive M suspension?

My build came out:

M4: $64,200
Executive: $3900
Lighting: $1,900
19" black wheels: $1,200
HK: $875
Adaptive M suspension: $1,000
Destination: $850
Total= $73,925
7% ED Discount= $68,750

Now how much will a clear bra/paint protector cost ?

I will most likely replace shock/springs with aftermarket parts.

Thumbs up

This is EPIC

Highlights for me

-standard nav
-standard heated seats
-leather upgrade only 925
-full leather only 2000!
-the fact my build without destination is only 64000 = priceless

Thanks OP, you are the man!

This part:

Quote:
Full Merino Leather: $950 n/c w/Executive Pkg
Extended Merino Leather: $2,000 *w/Executive Pkg: $1,100

Executive Pkg: $3,900
Head-Up Display
Comfort Access
Front and Rear Park Distance Control
Rear View Camera
Satellite Radio w/1 Year Sub in US
Heated Steering Wheel
Retractable Headlight Washers
Full Merino Leather
Does this mean if you order Extended Merino Leather *without* the Exec package, it costs $2,000. But if you order Extended Merino Leather *with* the Exec Package, it is $1,100?

sure, but its unnecessary to equip it that way

the car comes with a ton in standard form. if you bling it up to 90k, you have no one to blame but yourself

I spec'd my m3 at just under 65k and it has a ton of features. I don't need 184734 different cameras and radar cruise control in this car. if you keep that stuff off, the price stays low.

Well, of course, but I'm just making a point that this car has become pretty pricey.

Agree, it can really be optioned up a ton. I see it more as Porsche-esque

It CAN be expensive if you make it that way.

I like what BMW has done here. The car is well equipped and priced in base form. If you are a tech junkie or just like to have fully loaded cars with all options for whatever reason, you can do it.

But if you want the value m3 well equipped at a relatively low price, you can also do it.

To me, the m3/4 makes little sense at 80-90k. But it makes a ton of sense at 65-70k.

I can't configure an M3 coupe, for a M3 convertible can be close to $90K MSRP if you load it up, and that is I think without the competition package, but offset by the higher convertible base price.

You would have to be nuts to buy a $90k+ M4. Not even remotely worth that kind of money.

2013 M3 coupe msrp was $60,100. Using the same vert premium over the coupe that puts the M4 vert at $100k...wow.

But there will be plenty, I'm sure on this forum too, that will. Lets see if they admit it though.

The full leather and extended leather prices have to be reversed. Full leather is always more expensive than extended leather.

Exactly...no fault to the OP, but I'm cautiously optimistic of these standard options and packages/options. BMW seems to have last minute changes/bugs with each new addition. Just take a look at the roll out of the F15 and customers complaining about the inconsistencies between what was standard vs. optional.

I know I saw CF trim being standard on the dealer order guides, but I really have my doubts that CF trim (and it being real) is going to be standard. I imagine we'll see the same thing with the previous generation and get some type of "titanium shadow" trim as standard...

With military pricing my M4 comes out to:
$57,200 - base
Alpine White - $0
Sakhir full leather - $1,100 (w. executive pack) – since the option above was probably reversed (NC for Extended, and Full is $1,100) – if not, then I don’t mind getting it for FREE – and I’ll get the Active Cruise control instead
Driver Assist - $1,900
Lighting Pack - $1,900
Executive pack - $3,900
HK sound - $875
Parking assist - $500
Adaptive M suspension - $1,000
19" Black wheels - $1,200 (going to get them painted full black)
Power rear sunshade - $350
Concierge - $250
USB + Phone - $350
-----------------------
Total: $70,525 (much better than I was prepared for)

MSRP $62,000
Destination $925
Paint (MG) $550
Full SO Leather $1,100
Executive Pkg $3,900
DCT $2,900
M Suspension $1,000
19inch Wheels $1,200
HK Sound $875
Smartphone $350

TOTAL $74,800

Works for me, but will wait to see if C63 has DCT and AWD. Although the ///M will be more fun to drive, it would be nice to have 1 car instead of 2 here in the snowy Northeast.

Is the destination really $925 now? thought it was $800?

Do you need the Smartphone $350 just to have a AUX USB input ? I rarely use my phone to play music.

Anyways mine looks pretty similar to you:

MSRP $62,000
Destination $925
Paint (Mineral White) $550
Full Cocoa Leather $1,100
HK Sound $875
Smartphone $350

Total: $65,800

Exec Package (maybe, not sure yet) add 3900
