"Touring M3" website is live

Hey All –

I'm planning something crazy and expensive, in the hopes that it benefits every single BMW enthusiast across North America.

I'm going to build a F81 M3 Touring, and take it across the US & Canada next year in order to show BMW just how much we all want the next gen G81 M3 Touring over here.

I'm starting the build in earnest this fall (currently scouting for the F31 donor) and will be planning the specifics of the tour over the fall & winter.

My end goal is to work with BMW to understand what I can possibly do to really move the needle for them, and influence BMW N.A. decision to federalize and sell the upcoming M3 Touring here.

From there i'll try to build up as much momentum as possible to get in-person interaction and drive whatever BMW's key metric might be (petitions, promisory deposits, whatever).

For anyone who's interested, i'd love your input on the site and the objective so I can make this as impactful as possible for all of us.

At this point i'm not sure. I would do San Marino Blue, but Nick Prichard already staked his claim to that one

That's really cool you are able to do something of this level that you are passionate about. Best of luck!

p.s. I now feel like a slacker. I'm proud of myself if I'm able to get the lawn mowed and car washed on the weekend.

Nice project! There's a dude on the east coast that has an F81 Touring...saw it at M-Pact a few weeks ago. Not sure who was first though ��*♂️

I guess if i put myself in their position ... if somebody's willing to go to this much work to build up a groundswell of excitement, it absolutely behooves them to see if we all can actually move the needle and prove out the business case, right?!

Looking forward to the progress. Are you doing the work yourself or do you have various shops line up to do the work?

My vote for paint color is Imola Red. You should also meet up with the guy in PA for a photo shoot.

Dude this is awesome!! But looks like Sergem beat you to the first f81 in the U.S., but you can be the first F81 6MT in the world!
