Lead acid battery for f80 m3 ?

I've install lead acid battery AGM instead of Li-ion! Is it ok to use the car with it? Wants someone to confirm or had used in their f8x M car?

Charging algorithm of alternator is different... AGM battery can be damaged as its charging cycle is different from Lion.

Search if there is coding for AGM.
