Guess E 85 is the way to go, did you have to get anything else to go on custom e85 tune? Like PI, Upgraded fuel pump?
If you have stock turbos then nothing extra needed for E85 except the custom tune. (edited)...AND some hub protection.

Nothing is necessary other than crank hub upgrade.

E50 = 7gal E85 + 6gal E10 Gas

If doing a switchover from gas remember the 1gal already in tank (pump 7 + 5 first time).

Paul can write you the custom E50 tune.

BM3 OTS runs better on E45. I did the E30 tune for over a year before making the big boy step to full on E85. At a true E30 mix, its fine, but its cranky; it really wants more E. Bump it to E40 or E45.

There are free calculators for this:

http://www.wallaceracing.com/ethanol-mix-calc.php
The one I used until I jumped to E85:

In theory, E85 is better for the hub (assuming you're not using kickdown). Sure more power, but you're not redlining it; to get the most out of an E85 tune, you're shifting at 6300-6500. When do hubs spin/slip? Usually on kickdown when the car overrevs or on a 6mt money shift.

Unless you have upgraded turbos or PI, S55 turbos run out of breath around 6500, thus, no need to push to redline.

My take anyways. I did the hub.
