Front bumper damage - excuse for a spoiler
Was driving on a highway and a piece of tire or rubber flew right at my car. Nothing major, but the bottom left side of the bumper suffered some damage. My car is only 2 months old. I polished most of it out, but what remains won't buff out.
Option 1 - Get the damaged portion repaired/painted (mineral white). Probably looking at $600 at a decent shop. Option 2 - Get a spoiler that will cover the lower bumper area. Other than the OEM splitters, will any spoilers hide this damage? See image below...

Option 3. Get it fixed?
If it was an airborne object that hit you, it is covered by your comprehensive coverage with no penalty/rate increase.
