BM3 GTS VS Stage 1 OTS Maps

What’s everyone running? Any preferences and why? I’m running stage 1 right now but worry about reliability and usability as my F82 is my daily. Let me know what y’all are rocking with and why!

I ran an F83 DCT on a GTS map in my 6-speed Stage 1 map, put bus lengths on him

You ran an automatic ("DCT") transmission BMW M4 Convertible "on" (with) a ("BM3" OTS) GTS (Stage 1) map "in" your "6 - speed" (MT?)... ??

Title states GTS vs Stage 1, just wanted OP to know that the GTS map doesn't really add power. DCT cars are faster

If you're trying to pick on my English then let it be known that it's not my first language. I don't know where we're going with this

I started with the GTS map, now I'm on CS. debating going to ACN91 Stage 1, or just wait till I throw on the CBC and Downpipes and go ACN91 Stage 2

Maybe I should have added this but I did get a CBC installed. Hopefully it holds..

I run a BM3 stage 2 map with reduced torque 20% and stock downpipes. Works perfect on my manual M4.

At first I loved the GTS tune for the linear power delivery. I'm a power hog and look for the surge, so now I daily drive on Stage 2...even E30. (Hub is fixed)

I switch between the GTS and Stage 1 maps. The Stage 1 has noticeably more power but I also have more traction issues with it on the stock wheels. I actually prefer the GTS map for track, but for street Stage 1 is a ton of fun.

Thanks. I didn't download the CS+ map, I only have the OEM, GTS and CS map alongside the ACN91. Just wanted to try them all out.

CS map is rather boring to me lol. Went back to GTS, but I'll probably bump to stage 2 later this week

I've been doing a lot of research and personally it sounds like ACN91 is the safest tune for me to run as a daily driver until I get at least a CBC done.

Same here... I really don't need more power than the acn 91 stage 1 map at this point... it just makes the car feel like a really fast go cart on the streets lol

I ran stage 1, stage 2, E30, and a custom 100% E85 map on the shop's M4. All were reliable.

As long as you run the recommended map for your mods, you do not need to worry about reliability. OTS maps are conservative and do not push the car to its limits.
