Car suggests coffee break?

Is this a feature available on the f80?

Yep, I've gotten that a few times when taking long trips and using the nav.

I have never seen that and we have taken a number of long haul trips(2K+) Not sure I care one way or the other or car do not tell me what to do

Yep - seen that a few times. My biggest gripe is if you select to stop, it offers coffee shops, you pick one, and it replaces your current destination with that coffee shop. You then have to re-select your original destination when you get going again. First World Problems!

There are some problems that appear like first world problems, but in reality they are even more annoying than any real problems. You just can't explain it, but you feel like punching a wall.

I recall someone saying it has to do with the time of the trip.

If the car says I need coffee, Im not going to argue with it. I never turn down coffee.

Your car's interested in the owner's well-being. The first and only time I saw that appear was during my ED, I was heading to Geneva from Stuttgart and it appeared around Bern.

Yep. I just did a 3000+ mile Xmas road trip Austin to Tucson / San Diego / Scottsdale and got the message 5 or 6 times over 2 weeks. I almost jump out of me seat each time the loud “bong” comes on thinking it is a check engine alert. 😉
