This car was tracked but not excessively. I babied the car but I do drive hard.

Nice to buy a car that was owned by an enthusiast. Even though your CS was tracked and driven hard, im sure you warmed up your engine properly prior to giving the beans and maintained it impeccably!

A real bummer CS' can't have comfort access or at 66K I'd be all over it.

It should be able to be converted somewhat easily since they have the start button and therefore the interior antenna for comfort access (perhaps the module that controls it all is the same, not sure, but wouldn't doubt it). In the E9x section of the board people have done the full CA conversion. In the case of the CS one would think that it will be much simpler...couple of the plastic covered antennas, door handles, coding and ?

It is so bizarre that BMW took off the door handle sensing part of CA while leaving the rest intact. The weight savings is zero for the door handles and maybe a few ounces for the two or three more plastic antennas -- most likely one would assume that the CA module is the same as the non-CS F80, but I have no idea.

In theory it would be just the door handles, and antennas correct?

Comfort Access is the feature I miss most on my CS, even more than the armrest!
A retrofit is possible, they sell a kit for it. But I heard its a PITA to run the wires and get it to work factory like. Someone did the retrofit but it wasn't on CS, iirc it was on a F80 without CA optioned. https://www.bimmer-tech.net/products...ort-access-kit |

This car came from a good home and fellow forum member. See below. If in the market for a LRG this would be a good one. Target a $75k purchase offer. Tell the dealer how terrible it is that it's a non-exec and negotiate hard. LRG CS https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1531826 |
