Garage List
Still in progress on this...but getting to the point I can show something. The small garage hasn't been touched since I moved in back in 1998. The large garage I build myself in 2000 - which I've posted in the off topic section 'house projects'

Starting out with my supervisors' approval of the test tiles in the small garage. All the boxes to the right of the spider still need to go up.

Where's the 4 post lift!? I feel your pain of having a low ceiling garage.

Update on garage/house build. This entire house and how I will use it was literally built around the detached garage. I wanted to see my cars from every possible angle ...living room, hallway, bedroom, pool, cabana, grill area. Hopefully will be complete within 3 months.

Recap:
2 car attached, 4 car detached, wash bay

Both garages will have AC and polished concrete. Just parking cars in there. Garage doors will have Liftmaster openers and rails of detached will follow the trusses of vaulted ceiling so as to allow maximum space.

Wash Bay will have Kranzle pressure washer to a boom pole, which you can see hose hanging. Speakers in ceiling of wash bay area and inside storage room.

Storage room will have full cabinet array from Baldhead. Also mini fridge and stacked washer/dryer.

The last image is the space between wash bay and detached garage. This area will have a built in grill (see concrete pad) and artificial turf, with some outdoor furniture. The large 9' wide window looks into the garage. So I can grill my steak, drink a beverage and look at my cars.

Continued my garage work this weekend, wrapping the slat wall around the corner from the other garage. Decided it was too hard to hammer drill each slat - so I bought some furring strips, anchored these in, then just used normal screws for the slats. Much quicker install and looks much better. 4 boxes down, ton more to go.

And before any comments about the Audi banner - note that I did hang the proper ///M banner as well.

Thanks.

New Age - Bold Series. If needing the extra carrying weight, they have the Pro Series.

Here is my garage from when I bought the house to after I converted the carport into a 2 car garage. I wish I had higher ceilings to accommodate a lift but with how low it was to begin with I could only dig so deep.

Last thing on my list is to finish the interior walls and I think what you did may be the ticket.
So, this wall that I'm covering was an exterior wall to the house (cut a hole in the wall from the existing single car garage to the new garage. But, the wall always looked like crap. Was planning to paint until I found these.

First go was the single bay - I drill anchor holes every 2 feet into the cinder block mortar. Was a pain in the ass, took all day, and I killed several bits in the process.

All of the boxes to the right of the car are for the rest of the walls separating the two garages.

in the last pic - I zoomed on the furring strips - 4 and 5 anchors staggered at 16" - when then I just used 1" drywall screws to set the panels. Much faster process...and I only lose 3/4" of garage space over putting them directly on the wall.

Same length on the two sides - 60 anchors vs 32 anchors - and about 5 hours less work.

Anchors in concrete is by far and away my least favorite things to do. Maybe one of those impact anchor guns would persuade me to not pay someone to do it.

Here is mine, using Swisstrax garage flooring. Just one last thing left is to paint the door that leads into the house, haven't decided which color yet

Are the chairs so you can just sit in there and stare at your car?

And is that a large metal M logo on the wall? Where did you get it? Is it this?

Do you have some close up pics of it?
