Well it finally happened

Status changed as of this morning! Status 150!!

Have to say I'm quite surprised BMW has started it as i don't pick up my vehicle until July 18 in Munich. Guess it will be sitting in the factory for two weeks or so, either way very excited!

congrats! Mine changed as well and my pickup date is the day before you, but I'll be back on the 18th for the factory tour. Will keep an eye out for yours that second day!

I will say that I called in today after I saw the status change in order to try and get the VIN (which was ready), and she said that the estimated completion date was June 30th. Guessing yours is about the same!

Mine was originally scheduled for June 9th.

Thats awesome man, thanks for that info on when it should be complete. Do you know where BMW stores them in the mean time?

Somewhere very safe.... underneath the Hofbräuhaus brewery.

I really have no idea but I'm sure they're stored/maintained quite well for whatever period of time rests between.
