Anyone else have this dash piece falling out constantly?

I don't even know what to call this thing for a proper Google search but I'm having an issue where this lower center console trim continues to fall out. It falls out at the worst times, on track, spirited drive, hitting a bump or a really rough stretch of road.

Has anyone ran into this issue and if so how did you solve it?

Last, the phone cable you see is not hindering anything. It moves freely in the gap between the climate control and this trim piece.

Never had it fall out, had it ever been removed? It may have slight damage to one of the fixings. The butyl cord to hold the door membrane is good stuff for this it's soft and really sticky, putting a few blobs around the fixing points should hold it in and allow removal if needed. Or the obvious one replace it!

None of the tabs are broken. I've looked it over multiple times. It has been pulled out to fit a Bimmertech system in and to run that cable from the footwell up to the dash.

No issues with the panel falling off by itself. I actually have a cable running out of the bottom of it also but the clips on the bottom are still able to latch.

I had to remove mine when I installed my M Performance Electronic Steering Wheel and it kept falling out over random bumps also. Turns out I didn't put it in the right way with all the clips slotting perfectly. I got it to stay put by inserting the top tabs first then the bottom, just be VERY careful not to break any tabs.

Thanks, I haven't tried that. I'll try it in the morning.
