Anyone recognize this CLE code?

I checked both the "hidden menu" and ran Bimmerlink in an attempt to diagnose my CEL on my f82 and this is what I got - cant seem to find any info.

Hidden menu codes:
1. E12C20

Bimmerlink "Motor Electronics" codes:
1. FF12AB
2. EC12B7

Does the hidden menu or bimmerlink have like a reference guide / code lookup?

Or do I just need to borrow / buy a an actual code scanner? If so, which ones work for the f82?
