Help on pricing used F80

Looking to get back into an F80. Had a couple in the past and came across this one. Super clean w/ all OEM parts and complete maintenance history.

What would be a good offer. They are asking 40k

- BMW OEM (KW HAS) height adjustable spring set
- BMW OEM front splitter and front spoiler
- BMW OEM CS rear spoiler

All OEM parts and all maintenance done and documents. Full PPI with 0 issues.

Looks like a nice car if you don't mind not having the carbon roof. Price is so hard to gauge these days but seems about right with the high mileage. Good luck.
