FS: Carbon ceramic brake kit.

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 7,000.00

Or Best Offer

Item Interest
For sale are a full set of carbon ceramic rotors, calipers, and pads. They were removed and swapped for steel rotors and pads around 20,000 miles. They are in great shape, wear indicators are flawless. They have never seen a track day or any real hard driving. Pictures available, but not saved to the phone I'm posting this from.

8k was the add-on option new. Best price I've seen for a retrofit is around $12,000.

Do you have the link to the eBay ad for $5500?

You guys complaining about 8k can see the "Or best offer" right under the price right? I didn't look at ebay before I listed it so I guess  but I did consider the retrofit kit pricing. PM for pictures of the item since i can't upload them for some reason.

Used rotors and pads won’t really have any retained value second hand. People are only going to be interested in the calipers I bet.

If you have pics it would be good to post them, and maybe you’ll get $3k ish.

Carbon ceramic rotors in good condition retain plenty of value. Going rate on CCB kits has been around $5,000-$6,000 for several years now. I have yet to see a kit for $3k.
