That dynapack may read high compared to dynojet, I really don't know. Today the tires broke loose in 3rd with a roll on. It feels like it's making good power. We are looking forward to more testing.
Bring it. It would be interesting to see both cars on the same dyno.

I'll be there, looking forward to some cool weather/fast cars.
Will you have the Vargas revisions on your car? I know the first time around they didn't make more power.

Not sure, that's a question for VTT. We're running stock at the moment.

To be honest. You pay that big money and car still sounds sub-standard.

The new AA exhaust looks promising. It deepens the exhaust note quite a bit more than any aftermarket setup so far.

Our cars share the DCT with the M5/M6. It's good for 600whp/600lb before slippage. If you wanted more, trade it for a manual and install multi-disk clutch. As far as I'm aware, no one makes racing disk for our DCT yet.

But really, unless you plan on running slick radial tires around town you don't need more than 600hp/600lb to the rear wheels. You'll just burn out through every gear.

Yeah but, yeah but, someone has to make a 1200hp M3/M4... Utility is for home gamers. This is a shop we're talking about, hehe.

LOL. Clutch/Diff/Half Shaft will be the weak links to making the power journey. Already reported half-shaft (axles) broken on slicks. Not saying it's not possible, everything is possible with lots of cash and good fabricators. The E46 guys made 1,000whp, daily driver (HPF).

I have DCT and love it. I do hope someone release after market disks. It will be a lot harder to replace them compared to clutch on a manual.

Link to supposed driveshaft failure? I'd maybe believe a halfshaft, but driveshaft? Im doubtful.

We hit 571whp last night too. I didn't mention it because it wasn't a clean run. We could see the ECU pull a little timing. We need exhaust/intake/meth to take it to the next level. Coming soon.

Yes, sorry. I corrected my post so people aren't mislead. The "driveshaft" is made of carbon fiber, which is stronger and lighter than steel. The "halfshaft" is the weak point and needed to be addressed before you add serious power bolt-ons. Our diff also came from the M5/M6, so it's not too much of a concern like the E90/E92 335i guys.

Dynapacks tend to read higher from what we've seen. People tend to be more familiar with dynojet numbers.

Ya I've heard they can be high or low. Like I said it usually reads similar to the mustang we use also. And mustang reads lower than dynojet. Maybe in the next couple weeks we can get up to EAS and do some comparisons to find out.

Isn't there a dyno day @ EAS on the 20th?
