Bring it. It would be interesting to see both cars on the same dyno.

Will you have the Vargas revisions on your car? I know the first time around they didn't make more power.

Not sure, that's a question for VTT. We're running stock at the moment.

But really, unless you plan on running slick radial tires around town you don't need more than 600hp/600lb to the rear wheels. You'll just burn out through every gear. |

I have DCT and love it. I do hope someone release after market disks. It will be a lot harder to replace them compared to clutch on a manual. Last edited by JNoSol; 12-10-2014 at 02:01 PM.. |

We hit 571whp last night too. I didn't mention it because it wasn't a clean run. We could see the ECU pull a little timing. We need exhaust/intake/meth to take it to the next level. Coming soon.

Yes, sorry. I corrected my post so people aren't mislead. The "driveshaft" is made of carbon fiber, which is stronger and lighter than steel. The "halfshaft" is the weak point and needed to be addressed before you add serious power bolt-ons. Our diff also came from the M5/M6, so it's not too much of a concern like the E90/E92 335i guys.

Dynapacks tend to read higher from what we've seen. People tend to be more familiar with dynojet numbers.

Ya I've heard they can be high or low. Like I said it usually reads similar to the mustang we use also. And mustang reads lower than dynojet. Maybe in the next couple weeks we can get up to EAS and do some comparisons to find out.

Isn't there a dyno day @ EAS on the 20th?

I would love to see a comparison between these two!
