I totally understand why you're asking that price. I just had no clue they had gone up that much lately. My dealer still has their allocation for 50k over sticker and I laughed because I thought the normal price dealers were asking was msrp + 10-15k. Seems like it varies from each region. Selling now while the car is hot, is the right decision. This car will not appreciate in the long term like some think. Not to mention BMW already stated other limited models are coming. BMW have said they want cars to compete with Mercedes Black Series models. Look what the last C63 Black Series is worth now, clean low mileage examples are $90k-$100k. They were msrp $130k, plus dealer markups about 3-4 years ago. Benz only brought over 70 examples to the US.

It's kind of hard to say that it won't have any redeeming qualities in the future, isn't it? Infiltration of technology in cars is so fast nowadays (and we all know BMW doesn't give a hoot about keeping legacy attributes about their cars intact) and accelerating a such a fast pace. In 5-6 years the next GTS may have electric drive, AWD, lack exhaust noise, or have/not have stuff we haven't even thought about.
