base idle vacuum?

Hey guys, quick question. I used the torque app to check my idle vacuum and it was showing 3.5i in/hg and my friends M4 which is stock, but with downpipes was showing 22ish range which made more sense too me. My car mods are: e85, full exhaust, ssr intakes, catch can, charge pipes and charge cooler. Any thoughts on this? What's your base vacuum? Thanks guys. P.s car idles fine and pulls strong.

Surprised, no F8X mechanics could answer this question.
