Like them and the square setup? Did you run the OE star spec Cup 2's and stagger initially, i.e. can you compare the two setups?

Thanks
They’re RFTs? WTF

I did run the staggered stock setup initially. Understeer has been muted with the square setup, no doubt about that. Unfortunately no concrete lap times to compare staggered vs square.

I can't find any spec Cup 2 in size 285/30-19 other than that run flat linked above. You have a Canada special?

Nice plate, by the way.

Did you use any spacers for the 19x10 inch rims to fit the 285 tires? any rubbing issues? did you lower the car to BMW track specs(c clamps removed), camber plates?

Sorry for the late reply.

I did not have to use spacers at all. It’s powered to track specs and I have -2.7 camber with GC camber plates.

Zero rubbing issues

No Worries, Thanks for the info. Very tempting to switch to this set up.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but has anyone run 763M’s on their GTS with standard (OE) spec tyres on their GTS? Any obvious downsides of doing so ?

Just the 1/2" loss of wheel width and corresponding loss of tire width.

Still like the unsprung weight loss and think they'd look good. Maybe as a street setup. Can't lose any amount of wheel/tire for the track.

Thanks mine will be almost exclusively for street use, so may give it a try!
