DCT Knob Removal

Hey folks, I purchased a DCT shift knob from Black Forest Industries (https://blackforestindustries.com/bl...and-boot-combo) and I cannot find a decent guide to removing the actual knob from the DCT assembly.

Any help would be appreciated!
