Side skirts coming loose

Anyone know how to tighten up whatever is causing the side skirts on both sides to come loose?

I've had it like this for 3 years now on the drivers side and didn't care much about it, but now it's happened on the passenger side as well and I'd like to fix it myself if possible.

It's basically the ends of the side skirts by the back wheels.

Are there bolts which have come loose or is it likely some plastic holding them on which broke?

zip a screw in there
remove, add double sided tape after cleaning
replace the current bolt with a slightly larger one

Those are a few options
