Hey guys,

I'm potentially looking to get out of my leased 2018 Austin Yellow M4.

Specs:
- Competition Package
- DCT Transmission
- Driver Assistance Package
- Premium Package
- 12k KM yearly allowance
- CarPro Ceramic Finest
- IND Reflector Delete
- Black Marino Leather

Car had a full detail and CarPro Ceramic Finest done in April as well as a few tasteful mods such as carbon diffuser, Performance Steering Wheel, Aftermarket wheels, M Performance exhaust, and Eventuri Intake done that will be taken off prior to lease transfer, at that point you can have the option to purchase the extra parts.

Front Lip, Splitter, Mirrors, and rear spoiler will stay on the car.

Lease started on March 10th, 2019 for 48 months and the car currently has 20,000 KM. Buyout is roughly 71k+tax

Monthly Payments are $1,180 as I received a 15k discount from the dealership due to the warranty starting roughly 11 months prior to the commencement of my lease.

Not looking to put any cash down for this lease transfer, however, willing to split the lease transfer fee.

Payments include tax! No cash incentives due to the large discount received on the car. One of the cheapest F82s leases in Canada most likely.

The “big discount” is given because the residual is ultra low as well. It has about 18 months left of warranty and you can’t expect potential buyer to take on risks for expired warranty while still under lease.

Hence why this is a "feeler" post. I've stated the car's situation and my expectations of no cash incentives. A potential buyer can decide to take on those risks or alternatively purchase A CPO warranty before it expires. If none are willing to do that, then that isn't a problem either as I am in no rush to dump the car and get rid of it immediately at any cost.
