Measurement of OEM front EDC shock upper stem

if anyone has a spare OEM front EDC shock laying around, can you measure the length of Y in this image (https://photos.smugmug.com/Instructi...rements-XL.jpg).

I'm looking to get the length from the top of the strut to the squared shoulder (called that in the image). Basically the top black piece as shown here:
https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-5...g-strut-edc-f/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can measure it later today. Only caveat is the top hat is still on the strut so it may not be exact but will be close enough.

Hey man I tried to do this but the strut is fully assembled (top hat, spring, dust cover) so no way for me to measure it without taking it apart and I have no interest in doing that.

Yep, no worries. I was wondering how you were going to measure it. That's why I asked those who had a spare shock laying around. Thanks though!

For whatever reason I thought just the top was on there, I had forgotten that it was never taken apart to begin with.

Bumping this up to see if anyone else has a spare EDC shock and can take measurements.
