HEPA cabin filter?

I'm tired of having to manually turn on air recirculation when I see some dumbass running coal. Does anyone know a good HEPA filter to replace the crappy OEM cabin filter? It filters nothing at all, I can smell literally everything outside and I think even fine dust gets in the cabin through there.

Since an HEPA filter filters much smaller particles, it's going to put an extra strain on the air motor, so that's why I'm looking for opinions.

You can put air freshener tablets in there to mask the smell, but that is!
