The car is currently leased and the residual is about $41k so there is an option where you could take over the lease with $515(Including 9% TAX) monthly payments after paying me the difference between current buyout value and $53K. Lease terms were for 36mo/10k miles/ 58% residual lease end is in June.

Current Buyout as of today and through December 28th is $43,419.69

You would pay me $9,580 and $500 for the lease assumption fee

At lease end June 12, 2017, you will have the option to buy the car our for the residual value of $41,368.50

Question what happens if u take over a lease then when lease is finished what happens with the powder coated rims when u have to turn car in??

Nothing, it's very very hard to match the smoke clear coat on the black 437M, therefore, any car that has curbed wheels will get their wheels painted full black, I went to the same wheel repair business that the dealer uses as well.

Most dealers just don't care about minor cosmetic stuff as long as it's not flagrant

Please explain why the hell someone should pay you $10k AND THEN assume lease payments for a lease which only has 6mos left on it? Sounds like what you really should do is buy the lease/car out yourself and then trying to resell for $53k or whatever price is appropriate at the time (cause the 6mo lease aspect of this doesnt really even apply in any way once youre asking for 10k on top)
