Don't hear a sound from mine - then again the radio is always ON

If you put your ear right up to the light while it's on, you'll definitely hear it lol - for some reason, some cars have it louder than others

These kits are each hand made.

The kits include everything you need to install:

- The wiring to redirect the power to the ambient lighting, complete with oems pins from BMW. (We tried sourcing generic ones but they just don't fit the same in the connector.
- Zip ties to neatly route the wiring along the path of the oem wiring
-Mini screw driver to remove the pins from the oem connector
- heat shrink wrap to cover the oem pin that gets replaced and tucked away.
- Instructions (not pictured)

We have sold these kits behind the scenes for 4 years now with zero issues, everything is also completely reversible if you decide to switch back to oem at any time.

Any questions just ask.

To make sure I’m not missing anything- am I correct to conclude that the net benefit for me to make this modification is so that I can see the passenger seat emblem illuminated when driving without a front seat passenger at night?

There are no long term issues with this kit.

Contrary to what everyone assumes. These emblems are not LED. They are EL displays. Electroluminescent.
They put off zero heat and last a lifetime.
We have been selling these kits since 2016 without issues. Hundreds of thousands of miles on the emblems without a single hiccup.
