Oil level not working

Anyone have this issue? Will never let me run an oil level check on the car. No way of telling how much oil the car has. Anyone have this issue with the oil level sensor? No codes. Been without codes for awhile. Just tells me to get it checked at the dealer. Anyone have a work around?

Make sure the car is level. Is it just not letting you run it? Like it’s not highlighting (still greyed out)?

Yes exactly greyed out will never let me run it no matter the oil temp or miles driven. Happened the moment I went bm3. But I flashed back to stock and relocked Dme and that still didn’t work. Tried disconnecting battery resetting adaptations. Just greyed out. Ever heard of the greyed out issue??
