That did it. Oddly I did install it prior to the install of esys and launcher pro. Again I can't thank you enough for imparting your wisdom with us.

I read the instructions regarding the dual installation of esys 3.27 and 3.30 and may have not followed it to the letter. I did select a different install folder but it was within the subfolders of 3.27 and was prompted to overwrite some existing files that I think were cryptographic files.

When installing both versions of esys should I install in seperate root folders and can they both reside within the ecapps\ecg folder tree? As always thank you in advance.

Overwrite of files at end of install is normal. Install location not matter.

I want to learn to code some things on the car that Bimmercode does not do and I will need to code out EDC soon. Can you send me all the perticular info of stuff needed and I think you have a tutorial link or write up Iif I remember correctly? Time for me to shit or get off the pot

Hey Shawn, mind hooking me up? I spent all weekend learning how to do this and I successfully coded in an AUX port, but when I tried the anti-dazzle I didn't see the cheats I was expecting. I chose what I thought was appropriate but now my headlights seem to be on all the time. I'm going to revert what I did and start over. I have a 2018 F83 if that matters. Thanks!

Shawn, this whole thing seems a bit much to digest, I have used Bimmercode here and there with out any issues, is there are place that I can start from for some basic stuff like Full Screen carplay etc
