I swear dead old men were crawling out of there grave to rip on this guy...It was so hilarious to see all the " corvette guys" coming unglued.

A friend of mine has a GT350 its hard to argue with how good they sound. I have a old mustang, I built a 363 (dart block) stroker for drag racing...it sounds ok too
I'd only recommend one of the newer GT350s to a masochist. Every single track day, one of them explodes - no exaggeration. 2017+ MY as well.

Would love to hear it if you've got videos. Boss 302s sounded so good too.

This is why I like this community. We're on a BMW forum drooling over the sound of American muscle.

Totally agree! And your Z is killer ( almost literally) and soooo good.

Head over to the Corvette community and mention BMW. The amount of ignorance is shocking.

Mention Corvette there too and it's the same response. I don't even post on that garbage forum. No one has a clue what they're talking about and 90% of them are running GM track day alignments with Hoosiers (-2 front camber with toe in lmao).

Really hoping the C8 Z06/ZR1 get announced in July. Apparently preproduction cars are being built now, so its looking real good for those dates. I've got one of the earliest waitlist positions.

From a day ago, center exhaust = twin turbo ZR1, side exhaust = Z06

Go to a cars and coffee event and there are a 6 or 7 c8s lined up in their little club. Mostly older dudes. Everybody and their brother has one. Bad as Chargers and Challengers already. Keep the M4.

I'll agree that the average Corvette driver age is higher but saying the C8 is common is just silly considering it's the first model year, Chevy can't even complete their orders yet and they're still selling for 100K used.

In a few years, the base model will be far more common but the Z06/ZR1 won't be. There's more 3 and 4 series cars on the road than almost anything here in the city - realistically we're the only ones who can tell the difference.

Comparing cars based on how many are on the street or what the average driver age is, misses the point of the cars completely. Only consumer brand whores buy cars like that.

We all pay for these cars, so brand loyalty is stupid. You as the buyer deserve THE best for your dollar. If BMW/Chevrolet/Porsche/Benz/Audi can't offer you that, then they deserve to be roasted with no holding back.

laughable! Everyone and their brother has a C8? It’s as bad as challengers and chargers wtf? That’s just really weird of you to say.

Agreed. It's amazing how quickly they went from a unique sighting to making up a large portion of all shows. Especially after selling above MSRP for so long.

I would wait on the C8. It's still a new platform that is very different from previous versions, so I think there are bugs that need to be sorted out. There will be several more models coming and lots of tweaks. Availability will improve, too.

I have to say they are much better looking in person, than in pictures.

Yeah I find they do look much nicer in person as the rear end especially isn’t very photogenic.

They look good over all if you make your eyes a little blurry.

If you zero in on any individual design I personally don't like it.
