When will be the best time to look at m4 leases?

My lease is about to to end on my 2012 E92 M3 Coupe, my lease deal was 900 a month for 36 months fully loaded competition package with a 72k msrp, 3200 down with 10k a year miles allowance.
Seems that the new M4 is still quite rare and idea when there will more in production? What do you think my chances are of getting something around my current lease?
Thanks

Well generally speaking from what I see so far, the "fully loaded" M3's/M4's are already priced higher than the previous E9X chassis... I mean you can add all the bells and whistles and it'll easily exceed $84k, so it's tough to say when dealers are going to have "special" lease rates on cars that aren't being massively produced just yet...
