You all know this, but according to the American system I'M A FUCKING RIGHT WINGER here, in yours a moderate Republican.

I think what she says is twisted out of context. I had former refugees in my unit in the army almost 20 years ago. Finns are this grunting mass of people who demand to have a sauna or two.

Square dancing (I think that's it in English) is the easy part of the evening.

I'm off to die. I tried to go through with easy steps with Jerry Lee Lewis songs, and right now I don't remember why I liked dancing ever.

But anyway guys! 20 bucks each on a product that is targeted in something you believe in! I spend that on coffee alone (or a bit more) so you can easily do the same!

To end the night I just really want to say that if I get an injury tonight we shouldn't talk about it. When I was 15 this guy burned my ass with the floor literally because I was too cocky. Before we left to the USA he roasted my knees and last weekend he went to pls pool with my husband while I tried a coma by milk.

A family friend and all but somehow I keep paying for shooting him in the ass 20 years ago with a bb (air gun?) gun.

If I won't be back, know that I died due to a sport. Myz sue someone for my kids!

How do I know I'm old?

An hour and a half of vigorous muscle spasms (I think it's better I don't call that dancing) and here is a short list of things I learned about myself.

1. It is way easier to fake moves when you're 20 something and nimble as a bird. When you're pushing 40 the muscles you used to have that always felt like rubber now are cement and the straining point actually is a snapping point.

2. The body remembers how to do things, but the mind doesn't realize it can't until it's too late. Muscle memory is dangerous and it should be banned.

3. A good way to learn body parts in a different language is to go dancing. Here is a short list of parts of me that currently are being iced, taped up, requiring pain meds or needing a doctor:

Shoulders, arms, arm pits, two fingers. Upper back, lower back, the muscles that holds boobs (okay so not much learning happened) , each one of my muscles in the stomach area, my ass including the muscles, the skin and I swear also fat hurts, my hips, my thighs, knees (which are both scrapped and really just hurting) my ankles, my legs in general, the weird toe moving muscles and my pinky toes. Oh, and elbows, those also hurt.

As a precaution I'm banning all funky 50's music from my play lists and I already on my way home tossed my dancing shoes since walking on snow probably saved my feet from amputations.

All in all that went better than expected and thank coffee and the god of milk there were no witnesses.

I don't mean to sound like I'm whining since this is not whining, this is reporting!

I think my hair also hurts, but it could be my neck. It's hard to differentiate and right now I really wish I wasn't so anti good meds as i am since I'm pretty sure I need at least muscle relaxants, anti inflammatory drugs, maybe something for the bruised ego and perhaps something that would keep my thumbs from working so I'd stop reporting my misery to you.

This was such a bad idea from me and I'm used to my bad ideas backfiring! Somehow I still manage to be surprised that this one turned out this badly and I'm never, ever doing any sort of rhythmical seizuring again. Fuck ice and roller skating too.

Anyway. I'll try to walk to the coffee maker now. If I don't make it, please make sure wah stays miserable during the football season and have a tall glass of milk in my honor!

My mean kid is laughing at me. I tried making him walk on my back as a massage and that was a horrible idea too. I'm really fearing the moment the hubby comes home and he too starts making fun of me. He told me this would happen but of course I thought I knew better.

Just to make sure you all know I'm not whining at all, I think my ex friend tried to kill me last night. There is no way it's legal to make a couch potato with a healing ankle do all that weird fifties and sixties shit. We all remember from my earlier posts that this was never my idea, and I really didn't want to go and I never used words like "bring it on old man" or last night I never uttered the words "sure, I can keep up, that was just a tiny clitch but I'm sure i can do the spins still!" or " I don't need a break, I'm not winded, you're making this too easy!"

Me and my ego will need a long healing time and after everything stops hurting I truly hope I for once learned my lesson.

Anyway, as all good christian people know, today the Masters begins. Golfers of my (our?) generation are creaming themselves at the mere thought that TW is healthy and playing well again. What is remarkable, though, is that he has been out of his prime for so long that younger players (ie: my kids) don't even know who he is - something unfathomable for those of us who were around and even a little in tune with golf from the late 90s until 2010 ish.

yeah, there is a pretty solid new generation of golfers with spieth and DJ etc at the fore (and I have no problems with any of them winning) but....I always wanted tiger to beat jack's record and still do. The way a guy from a very not-typical-golf-background came and just demolished the sport AND simultaneously made it much larger and more popular....that's a narrative i like. Plus, Big Cat was about my age (just a year older) which made him more relevant to me to watch than some of the older guys.

What I've always liked about Tiger is the work ethic. Who knows how far past Nicklaus he would have gotten if he hadn't done all his SEAL training (apparently the source of most of his back problems). I also hope Ricky Fowler breaks through and wins a major. He also seems very classy.

I drove a new fairly loaded 540 the other day. I was surprised how much I liked it. Obviously not the most dynamic car, but for a luxury miles eater it was a really nice car. I forgot how punchy and smooth the B58 (newer N55) was, it is quite the engine.

I do like watching the majors on tv, but I hate playing golf because I truly suck at it. It is one of the only sports/games I couldn't get fairly decent at. It frustrates me way too much and I say "fuck" enough doing other things.

I'm also training for a triathalon! This weekend! Beer (Octoberfest or Guiness?), wine (Hess chard) and Whisky (Irish preferred).

As I, apparently like LUPS, have become an organic pain collector, I have given up running. Sticking to the bike (15 year old Specialized hard rock, in severe need of a tune-up).
