Stuck rear camber bolt

Having a tough time trying to remove the rear camber bolt on the driver side.

Car is on jack stands rear only.
I removed the lower and upper shock bolts. I am able to remove the camber bolt nut on opposite side of the carrier but it seems like the bolt itself is lodged. I tried compressing by jacking up below the arm to release tension and still stuck.

Any suggestions on how I can remove this bolt safely?

Try using a breaker bar to get it loosened. If you don't have a breaker bar (shame on you ), detach the pole on the jack and use it as a sleeve over your wrench to get more leverage.

Both toe adjusters on my steering rack were seized, so the alignment shop had to use an oxy-acetylene torch to heat them, then slowly work them free. I'm due for a suspension change myself in November, so here's hoping I don't have anything else frozen.

You should loosen the nut first, not the bolt.
