Not sure what you consider a "modern" BMW, but my 2006 Z4 M Roadster has fixed, integrated headrests, much like the new M3/M4. They are not separate and not adjustable.

E36 M3 had integrated headrests as well if I recall correctly.

shows the e92 coupes interior. door pockets that open. lol

i think the e90 looks classy. only thing looked out of place is the rear lights. much better done on the f80.

e90 will age well. f80 will also. new classic in the making. its the most aggressive looking M3 since the E30. thats a good thing

Hood vents on the e90 make a big difference in the look of the front. Much more aggressive. They balance the power dome and all around add to the aesthetics. Shame they didn't include em. That's the only + I give to the e90 in the looks dept.

I agree. I feel that next to the F80 the E90 M3 looks almost 2 generations older.
