Finally bought a M3

I started off with a 228. Then a 328 and a 335 and finally just bought a M3. Wow what an amazing car!!! I plan on doing some engine mods then exterior and interior mods. I’m not sure if I like the wheels. I may upgrade to 19” wheels soon.

Congrats!
Start modding with the tires, retire the Pilot Super Sports and get some PS4s, you'll be happy you did so since you're planning on doing performance mods first, esp tune like you should

Congrats on the new ride. I kind of like those style wheels, partially because they will be easier to clean. Regardless have fun and enjoy mod'ing out your M3!

Good looking tintless example. I like the way those wheels really make the brakes look massive👍

Congrats and welcome to the M side!

I went a similar route as well. 2014 328i, 2017 340i, then 2018 M3.....had to try them all too

I may be biased, but the 18" are by far the best factory wheels (if we don't count the 19" 763Ms).

those 18 inch wheels are worth a fortune. 2nd best looking wheel behind the 763M and lightest wheel out of all of them.

The ride is not as supple as my previous BMWs. Even in the comfort suspension mode. Will I notice a difference if I go with PS4s?

In another forum I read that these wheels are forged. Is that correct?

I believe so, they are very nice wheels and you wont have any problem selling them if you want to get something different.

OP,
the 513M rims are the best part!
Trust me, if you daily the car hard, you will appreciate the extra sidewall.

What others have previously said about the wheels. If it's going to be your daily driver, the extra meat on those tires is going to make a world of difference in your ride quality. Little extra benefit of cheaper tires too.

Could have saved some money and do a 228i to M3 conversation, j/k.

I had 2 328i before, I know the feeling, every time I saw an f8x on the street I had to have it
