You're going to be surprised, I would have never believed a track suspension could be this comfortable!

What do you have your street and track rebound and compression set at?

I'm looking for some good starting points with my 700F and 600R.

8 all around is a good starting setting. For street use, reduce the compression but leave the rebound alone.

Try 2 compression and see if you retain enough body control to make you happy

Thank you That works amazing! i have rear at 7R and 2C and front at 8R and 2C and i don't have any of the highway bouncing i had. It rides great almost like our X5m in sport+ with 21" wheels.

This is just unbelievable for car with 700F and 600R springs and 175psi can pressure.

I'm pretty exited for my 3 day track event weekend next week. Its pretty smooth track, Heartland Park in Kansas, what do you recommend i start with running 265/305 RE71r tires?

I always say it and people think I've drunk the cool aid. MCS suspensions are very supple!

Leave rebound alone and up compression. You can start with 8 but you may want to try less compression as you aren't running a super sticky tire.

You can try just 1 compression on the street as well and see how it handles. I have the 3WR and set my high speed compression to 0 for the street

My MCS 3 ways are going on this Thursday. I also have 700F/600R rates and will give those settings a try. Thank you for sharing.

Should go up there to take a sneak peek at your setup. What camber plates do you use on your E90?

Random post, but if anyone has an extra set of the spanners to adjust the ride height then I'd love to buy it. Realized the set I bought didn't come w a set.

Shoot me a PM! Thanks!

The GC race ones on both cars. I've had the street and/or track versions on the cars for so many years and they've worked flawlessly

Come up anytime!
