Crank bolt capture

Is the Vargas n55 crank bolt capture a solution to the crank hub spinning, or is it something else entirely?

So that is part of the solution and a lot of people are running just that, including myself, but the complete solution is a CBC with a spline lock, keyed hub etc..

So it could strengthen it, making hot rodding in it while it's stock a little less prone to catastrophic engine failure? But not an end all be all when it comes to preparing for increasing power?
