3,958 lbs

Starting price $62,400

Can't decide b/t this, M4, or C63 replacement. Just really hard to ignore a NA V8 with that kind of power. Hmm....
These are some decent numbers but the weight is out of control. If I'm going to buy a 4000 lb coupe it'll be RS5 with 4wd at least.

Maybe this car will do better in real life than on paper.

I test drove an IS-F and was extremely unimpressed.

And by god the front of this car is ugly. 7300 redline is not impressive either. Sorry, but MB and Cadillac are putting out much better cars for this niche.

What's up with the interior trim of this thing? It looks like a bathroom sink at public restroom in Chili's. WTF?

We complain about the the F8X being 3500#. You can throw a Ducati 1199 in the trunk and it would still weight less than the IS-F. It's a testament to how good and deep the base engineering is with the 3 series F chassis.

Kinda seems like they're throwing this vehicle out there from a hodge-podge of parts to see if it will stick.
If so, the next model will probably be something great. I agree, 4040 lbs. is pretty ridiculous.

My 4x4 does even weigh that much!!!

They lost the battle already. That's too bad. I was really looking forward to what Lexus would offer.
