I recently acquired a preowned '18 M3 and I'd like to purchase and use Bimmercode. Looks like an amazing app.

I *think* some subtle coding modifications may have been made to my car before I purchased it (side mirror dip depth, Start/Stop memory, last driving config memory) but was wondering if this will show up, so I know for sure, when I activate Bimmercode. Maybe it will notify me via the related setting if it was done via Bimmercode but not if it was with another app (like Carly)? Any guidance would be appreciated!
