Production Week 32 Anyone.
Seems so far away right now. Looking forward to seeing the June deliveries popping up soon. Dealer cars should be a week off only perhaps now.

My convertible is showing week 32 production. Got the 'dos' based screen shot from the dealer today with an update. I love the BMW order system and I love seeing my name on the order sheet. I am sure the next owner won't care less and will be laughing all the way to the bank having saved themselves £30-40k!
Still, you only live once!! Did you order from Halliwell Jones? When I was in Chester they were total w##kers.

Yes you only live once indeed and yes Halliwell Jones, no one seems to have good feedback for them but they've been ok for me, 4th car now with them and helped resolve a few minor niggles along the way What delivery date are you being told UK, vague September? I wonder if my dealer is holding back to keep me on a new plate. I'm likely to get a private plate this time so no need really...want it asap!!

Yes I did sign up for the cutters forum.
Scheduled for week 32 production and week 35 delivery, I guess it will be here for 1st Sept. I am also going to put a private plate on but might as well wait for new reg, might make a few £100 quid difference for resale perhaps. If pick up on 1st then might get them to put a 14 plate on. I am properly pi##ed off they are not offering their track day free to M4 customers but offering it to random existing customers who have company cars etc, ranted at them and they still wouldn't budge.

There was a headline link from main BMW UK homepage to an authorised BMW partner track day at Either Oulton park in September or somewhere else in June or July I cant rememeber. It was around £375 for a days session. Seems some dealers or BMW uk have been dangling this as a carrot to prospects.
Not heard a thing myself and don't expect to with my deposit paid For an M car BMW really should do a Porsche and include a days education at speed on track.

I had to ask my dealer to secure a place for me on the June 19th Brands Hatch driving day (see thread link below). I don't think dealers are actively promoting/inviting as they have to pay for both you and your salesman to attend - BMW UK provide the M3/M4's & the hospitality.

I'd really recommend these days as BMW and MSV run them very well. Did a couple in the old M3. Neil.
