Coolant Leak

Opened up my hood yesterday and noticed a splatter on my hood from which it seems it came from my expansion tank. The second picture shows the expansion tank being covered in coolant as well.

Car is driving perfectly normal and no sign of overheating is being shown. At the moment I'm not driving the car until I fix this.

Any ideas for this fix? Any information would help, thank you!

Common issue, they leak from around the seam. Had to replace mine last year, easy enough job after you've drained the coolant. I drained mine using a large syringe with rubber tubing attached
