Hate the winter wheels and its very hard for me to like the gimmicky side skirts. With ZCPs it should look awesome. I'm surprised they didn't give him the first crack at LCI tails or OLEDs, I mean this guy is the man for them.

Moreover, I don't think Wittman needs a track focused car such as the GTS. He's got plenty better ones at his disposal

BMW delivers vehicles at the welt in the wintertime. For those doing Euro Delivery.. * winter * wheels and mud and snow rated tires are installed on the vehicle for the time that the person does their Euro Delivery. The vehicle is then sent to the customer's dealer in their home country where it is then delivered with the OEM wheel and tire setup.

The winter tyre obligation applies in winter conditions including ice and black ice, frost, snow and slush.

In such weather conditions only tyres which have the sign ‘M + S’ (mud and snow tyres) on the side wall may be used. Winter tyres and all-season tyres with this symbol are acceptable.

What is the punishment for not fitting winter tyres?

Not sure how you conclude on that, there aren't many clear shots of the rear of the car . From the only blurry one, I can depict a potential MPE lurking back there: shiny inner pipe instead of full black, straight cut instead of slanted and more protrusion .

Just a guess since they listed just about every other part in the M Performance catalog. Either way sweet ride.
