Absolutely. It’s nice to have both an s55 and s63 in-house for development purposes. Not to mention the fact that the m2c is a joy to drive!

Plan is to roll it out by the end of this week. We are going to take advantage of the dry weather we are finally getting

@OpenFlash The link you posted for the updated template: https://support.openflashtablet.com/...ated-12-26-18-

Has "..._BMW (without F80)_..." in the name of the .SLT file. Is that the correct one we should update to??

Should we still be expecting updated maps this week? I've been told I would receive a revision for nearly 2 months now, since the initial map I received had driveability issues.

Absolutely! I don't recall anyone having driveability issue reported (within the last month or two). There are some caveats/traded-offs related to throttle mapping that I discuss in detail here: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=450

PM me with your personal details. It'll jog my memory so we can pickup wherever we may have left off.

I just plugged in my tablet yesterday and let it update, downloaded the base file and submitted everything since it didn't generate anything for my '16 M4. How long does it take to get files sent?

T
Bueller? Bueller?

T
Dude you posted yesterday; they don't live on the forums as they've mentioned several times.
Fire Anthony a text or email and he's usually pretty snappy at getting back.

I went through the website. Just thought I would have heard something by now. No emails, nothing.

T
And nothing.

SO what updates everytime I connect the tablet to the computer and launch the app? Everytime I do it updates for about 5-10 minutes? Assuming its not changing anything for my Maps and therefore no need to actually update the car with the same flash? Can this be clarified? Also wondering if any update on the CS like map? Thanks.

It is checking for and downloading updated firmware, templates, and database onto the tablet. OpenFlash Manager does this every time you plug it in from my experience. See https://support.openflashtablet.com/...ted-2-16-2019- for detail on their support site.

Can we expect any further updates from OFT or is it onto new chassis?

Glad I stayed away - looks like they've been in "away mode" yet again...
