Daily Driver w/ Suspension Upgrade Tips?

So, my M is now a daily driver as I took advantage of the high used car values and sold my truck a couple of weeks ago.

I live in Louisiana and experience lots of rain and humidity. I have aftermarket front endlinks and an MCS coilover setup. I have some coilover socks on the fronts to keep small rock debris from getting between the helper spring coils and on the body threads.

Any advice on how to best keep all of the spherical ball joints in good condition as well as the exposed damper shafts?

I have heard that spraying the joints on the dampers and endlinks with PB Blaster or similar and blowing away with compressed air is one way.

Would like any advice from those of you in the same boat

Thanks

You can coat your suspension in a Silicone Spray if you really want to keep humidity out!

I usually spray once a year on all suspension parts. Just make sure you dont spray any sensors.

Spray down and wipe away? Thought these high dollar systems weren't supposed to be sprayed with anything?

Silicone is the only thing that is water/humidity repellant. Spray a light coat and leave it on. It wont last very long but it does its job. I just spray it and leave it. I've done this for years on my e46, e90 and e70 without any issues. I've actually gone 8 years without replacing a single suspension part on my wifes e90 with 90K miles. My F82 is new and under warranty and never sees rain or snow so havent touched it.
